  5. How long can it take to complete offered training?

    The training program varies depending on the agency program you enter. If you are an experienced insurance professional, it can take as little as 3 months to complete training. If you have limited insurance experience, it can take 9 months or so. Throughout this time, you’ll have an experienced Farmers® District Manager or Recruiter to help you through the process. And while you are training, you can still keep your current job.
