As your business coach and district leader, I work side-by-side with new and experienced agency owners to define goals, design custom business plans, and apply proven systems that drive real results. Our district boasts three President's Council agencies that serve as mentors and business advisors to all agencies in our district. They are always available to sit down with agency owner prospects and talk about the pride and hard work that goes into winning an award-winning agency with Farmers®. In addition, they are always looking for business-minded individuals who would join them as an apprentice for a year or so.
